WITHIN DISTRICT TRAINING PROGRAM OF MASS

MASS has been rolling and providing its services to distant areas..it knows not the difference between platue and plains, mountain or valleys..It reaches everywhere ..from wherever it gets the call. But it can not leave the local farmers who are at the headquarter and need assistance of the team of MASS.
In cordial co-ordination with ATMA, MASS organised a IN DISTRICT TRAINING PROGRAM ( from 19th Sept. to 23rd Sept.,2012) where more than 50 farmers participated in its in-house training program for five days.

Manish, the trainer in Black T-shirt and Sandeep, standing in the middle of the row & the farmers in their chairs)
They received all the support from experts ( Manish, the technical expert and trainer, MASS) and his team Sandeep, Anuj & others  who worked behind the farmers throughout the session.
As it is quite apparent , the participants ( farmers) are well absorbed in the training session and they are all ears.
Our team left no stone unturned to make the participants understand the nuances of farming. Also, the questionnaire that were provided to them helped them to retain the information to its optimum.

Vijay Bharat, MD and Founder of MASS shared his golden words with the participants..He himself had been a farmer, studied agriculture science only to come back in the field of agriculture. His mission is to glamorize agriculture and giving it a status of industry.

Vinay Bharat, a psychological trainer shares his tips to enhance the retaining capacity and also he shares some lofty moments to rejuvenate the participants and boost their morale' high for what they deserve.

Thank You CommodityIndia.com

This month, MASS has been the cynosure of discussion in Commodity India. com magazine.
Though it is not the first time that our effort has got approbation but the way this team of CommodityIndia.com tried to listen to us, it has definitely touched our inner chord.

We pay our reverence towards them. And towards those innumerable farmers too, who are part of our fraternity without asking and without demanding anything from our side except timely help and care and love...

Pray for us that may god keep us on the same tempo!
Long live Farmers!

Are we really an Agri- Based country?

Mobile School And Agricultural Services (MASS) poses a set of very vital questions to our society.

Thesis:

Do you think that India is an agri- based country?
Perhaps this conception has sipped down to our sub-conscious as majority of our population are engaged in Primary Sector.
  • Anti- Thesis:

But, Should we re-think once again?
If we really love and are passionate about agriculture, why do we promote our youngsters  to shift in some other areas, especially the service sector?
  • Synthesis :Hence what I see that our mind-set does not allow to label our country as agri- Based country.

Agriculture had been and might be our main occupation out of compulsion, but it had never been our first choice. Though tough to accept it, this is the stark reality.
Due to scientific backwardness and economic poverty, we stuck up ourselves with the primary sector, i.e., agriculture.
Given the opportunity, we wish to drop or leave this occupation mid-way. Otherwise, why are youngsters are not sent back to their fields and dedicate their lives to farmers?
